HOW DO I UPDATE MY CLASS DETAILS ON THE ONLINE STORE
1. login to your online account
2. click on "my account", then "my account"
3. click on "view or change your child's details"
4. click on "edit"
5. type "Classname 2016" eg. Ennis 2016
I FORGOT TO UPDATE MY CHILD'S NEW CLASS DETAILS, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ORDER?
Your order may be delayed as your parcel may initially end up in your child's 2015 classroom by mistake.
IT’S BEEN 4 DAYS & MY ORDER STILL HASN’T SHOWN UP
Rest assured ALL orders are dispatched within 4 school days, so if 4 school days have passed, please ASK your child's classroom teacher first to see if the parcel is still sitting in their pigeon hole back in the staff room. 99.9% of the time the parcel is still in or around the teacher’s pigeon hole.
