HOW CAN I ORGANISE A REFUND or EXCHANGE
Please complete the back page of your DELIVERY SLIP and drop both the item & slip to the School Office as long as the item(s) satisfy our policy below and within 14 days (not inc school holidays) of delivery. The volunteers will automatically process the refund or exchange and dispatch your new parcel within 4 school days.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return/exchange an item because you have changed your mind or if you have purchased the wrong size, the KHPS Uniform Shop will gladly offer a refund/exchange provided that:
- You are able to present your original Uniform Shop Receipt or Online Receipt or Delivery Docket at the time of return.
- You return or exchange the item within 14 days (not including school holidays) of delivery of the purchased item.
- Goods are in their original condition and are:
- free of any markings & damage
- in their original packaging (if any)
- unworn, unopened, unused and as it was sold
- still have all the sew-in labels, swing tags and other labels attached
- The item does not fall within any of the non-refundable/non-exchangeable exceptions below:
- Opened packs of socks
- Opened hosiery packets
- Netball Knickers
- Swimwear
- Second Hand items
If these requirements are not satisfied, KHPS Uniform Shop on behalf of the P&C reserves the right not to offer a refund. However the Second Hand Uniform Co-ordinator may be able to purchase back the item back as a “Second Hand” item at a negotiated price.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE
If you ordered online:
* Please fill in the BACK side of your delivery docket and return together with item to the School Office
If you ordered instore:
* Please visit us in the Uniform Shop during opening times with your receipt
FAULTY PRODUCTS POLICY
If you have purchased an item that you deem faulty or defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials – the Uniform Shop can offer an identical item exchange* or a repair* (at our discretion)
provided that:
- Items are damaged in the washing machine or dryer where the care instructions have been followed correctly
- Items haven’t suffered from abnormal wear & tear, accident or mishandling
- The item of clothing is proven not to be older than 14 days (except for Spartan backpacks – 3 year warranty) from the date of delivery
- Goods are still part of the current uniform range.
NB: *If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange or repair. In case you have to wait for the manufacturer to repair the goods, the Uniform Shop will do its best to provide you with a second hand item to wear in the meantime.
